Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of the contract. Special sizes are generally excluded from return.

If the 14-day warranty period has not expired, you may return the product to us undamaged in its original packaging. We will pay the return shipping costs. To obtain the return label, log into your account and request the return of the product you wish to return.

Consequences of Revocation

If you cancel your order, we will refund any payments you have made to us, excluding shipping costs, immediately and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of cancellation. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you, and in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse to make the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to Metallbude SK GmbH (Sylbeckestraße 20, 32756 Detmold, Germany) without delay and in any case within 14 days of the day on which you notify us of your revocation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the 14-day period.
