Where can I see my order status?
After receipt of your order you will receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as something changes in the status of your order, you will also be notified in this way. As a subscriber to our WhatsUp newsroom on WhatsApp, you will receive notifications accordingly.
How can I change/cancel my order?
If you want to change or cancel an order you have already placed, please contact our customer support directly: support@metallbude.de
How do I get the gift voucher?
As soon as we have received your payment, you will receive an email from us containing the voucher code.
How can I register a return?
If the 14-day warranty has not yet been exceeded, you can return the product to us undamaged in the original packaging. Shipping costs will not be refunded. To get the return label, log into your customer account with your access data and apply for the return of the desired product there.
How can I report a complaint?

We offer the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal, invoice with Klarna and instant transfer.

What are the delivery times?
The delivery time is currently 3-5 working days and can be delayed due to public holidays, the turn of the year or similar. For DHL and forwarding items, 5-8 working days can be expected. In the case of a special order, the delivery time can be up to 12 weeks.
Why are the delivery times so long?
Our furniture and home accessories are designer and not mass-produced. We attach great importance to robust materials, high-quality welds and easy-care coatings. In short: quality. And quality takes time. In return, you can enjoy long-lasting products.
Which countries are supplied?
Apart from Germany, we ship to Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Austria and Poland.
How much are the shipping costs?
Within Germany, shipping costs amount to 4.99 euros. With freight forwarding, the costs amount to 29.99 euros. Shipping is by GLS, DHL or freight forwarding.

How are the clothes rails & towel rails installed?
1. Pre-drill a hole in the wall or ceiling. A suitable drill bit should be used for concrete, wood or plasterboard.
2. Insert the supplied universal anchors into the holes. The dowels are only suitable for concrete. If you have a wooden or plasterboard ceiling, there are special dowels for this in the hardware store.
3. Screw on the supplied mounting bolts with the large screws. Pay attention to the position of the small holes of the bolts - they should point in one direction.
4. Place the rod on the bolts and screw the small grub screws into the large ones with a little pressure.
Note : Due to the long lever, slight swaying is a physical phenomenon and is therefore normal.
How long does it take to assemble clothes rails or towel rails?
In an Instagram poll, 60 percent of the followers who took part said it took them less than half an hour to montage.
Are the coffee and side tables also suitable for outside?
No, our coffee and side tables are not suitable for outdoor use.
Are the wooden table tops interchangeable?
While the frame of our coffee tables is completely welded together, the wooden tops are only screwed together so that the table top can be replaced independently if necessary.
Are the dog bowls dishwasher safe?
No, our dog bowls are not dishwasher safe.
Is the bassinet KORSINA TÜV-certified?
Our cradle KORSINA has been tested and certified by TÜV Rheinland for safety and harmful substances.
How stable is the baby cradle KORSINA?
Our KORSINA baby cradle is completely welded together and therefore does not require any screws or similar. It is delivered fully assembled and can be set up immediately. Due to the high-quality welds, the cradle is very stable and cannot fall apart.
As with any other baby cradle, the recommendation is that a baby should only be placed in it up to the age of around 6 months, as from this point on the child can already turn around and sit up independently.

Our clothes rail RUBI can hold around 30 kilograms. The specified weight should not be exceeded.
How much weight can the coat hook PALO withstand?
Our clothes hook PALO can hold around 10 kilograms. The specified weight should not be exceeded.
How much weight can the leather S-hook withstand?
Our leather S-hook can withstand around 30 kilograms. The specified weight should not be exceeded.
