Delivery Time & Shipping Costs
Delivery time:
Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is currently 3-5 working days within Germany and 5-8 business days outside Germany. In both cases, the regular delivery time may be delayed due to public holidays, New Years, etc. For freight forwarding items, a delivery time of 5-8 workdays can generally be expected. The delivery time for special-sized orders can be up to 12 weeks.
Shipping:
Shipping costs within Germany are 5,- EUR. For forwarding items the shipping cost is 30,- EUR.

The fine textured powder coating used on the bowls of our luxury feeding stations is extremely durable, but is not dishwasher safe. We strongly recommend that you hand wash or dry your dog's food bowl.
