Comfort meets Authenticity

Cheesy pumpkin decorations, unimaginative piles of cushions and obscene shades of orange are a thing of the past. So are the extravagant, short-lived home trends brought to life by self-appointed design experts. Because this fall, naturalness and sustainability are the order of the day. Back to the roots, where minimalism and comfort are not mutually exclusive. The idea is to counteract the heaviness of autumn with lightness and to wrap oneself in a cozy cocoon for the gloomy season.

Must haves // The Basics

Natural Colors: The trend is away from cliche fall colors and toward muted earth tones. Beige, brown and cream dominate the home environment, creating a clean look and a sense of comfort. Our new color Cashew fits perfectly into the trendy fall palette - whether in combination with other colors or simply tone on tone.

Sustainable Materials: In addition to natural colors, natural materials are taking over our living spaces. At the very top of the list is wood. Not only is it beautiful to look at, it has been proven to provide warmth and a healthy indoor environment. Combined with other sustainable materials such as cork, bast or linen, it creates a soothing atmosphere.

Sculptural Shapes: Physically very present in space, sculptural forms create spatial structure through geometry. But watch out: Less is More. Even individually selected objects such as a lamp or a vase in a sculptural form can provide a balancing look in the room.

Nice-to-haves // The Highlights

In order to stylishly upgrade the rooms despite their color-neutral and natural character, the interior should be given different textures. The four main textures are:

  1. Fuzzy coarse rugs, large throws, wall macramés
  2. Rough (rough) wall decoration made of rattan, dried flowers, baskets
  3. Soft (soft) velvet caskets, cushion covers, comforters and blankets
  4. Shiny (shiny) candlesticks, metal trays, picture or mirror frames
